Nina specializes in Mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR), and coaching with positive psychology and resilience counselling. She offers individual sessions as well as courses.

Nína has, for as long as she can remember, had an interest in people. She has worked with people at various institutions such as a preschool, primary schools, the Icelandic state hospital’s psychiatric ward for children and teenagers.
She has also worked independently in dyslexia facilitation for adults, coaching women, parents and entrepreneurs, as well as teaching mindfulness. She has through the years also worked as a volunteer, e.g., youth leader in a church and visited children’s homes in India on behalf of a children’s aid organization.
